RACHEL RODER MS, CCC-SLP
(she/her/hers)

Speech-Language Pathologist

Rachel Roder joined the Project CHILLD team in June of 2026. Prior to working at Project CHILLD, Rachel gained valuable clinical experience in early intervention and private outpatient pediatric clinic settings, where she enjoyed helping children develop communication skills and supporting families along the way.

Rachel received her undergraduate degree in Education and Psychology from Mount Holyoke College, along with licenses in Elementary Education and Moderate Disabilities. She then earned her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Montclair State University. Rachel has completed extensive training in Therapeutic Listening and Natural Language Acquisition and enjoys continuing to learn new ways to support the children and families with whom she works. Rachel especially loves building connections with children and helping them grow in confidence as they develop new skills. When she’s not working, Rachel enjoys listening to music, practicing yoga and pilates, reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family.
