Medication, Thoughtfully Prescribed
Project CHILLD offers medication management for clients across the lifespan, prescribed by Lori Anne Esmiller, PMHNP-BC.
Lori Anne believes that healing begins with understanding the
whole person. As a nationally board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), she offers trauma-informed and evidence-based care that emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and overall well-being.
Lori offers a warm, transparent space for individuals across the lifespan. Her practice is built on diverse experience in pediatrics, adult wellness, and veteran care, offering holistic, evidence-based medication management and psychotherapy. By acknowledging that mental health exists on a wide spectrum, Lori uses a down-to-earth approach to help clients and families navigate toward a life that feels more balanced, grounded, and whole.
Often, behavior is a way of telling a story that can be hard to put into words. At Project CHILLD, we look beneath the surface to find that underlying narrative. Through a collaborative, multidisciplinary lens, we offer clinical tools to foster resilience. This honors a client's whole story and helps turn challenges into a foundation for lasting change.
