Occupational Therapy

The primary goal of an Occupational Therapist is to enable people to participate in the activities of everyday life. When a disability, illness, or impairment causes differences in a child’s development, occupational therapists are able to provide a variety of evaluation and treatment interventions to support the child at home, at school and in the community. At Project CHILLD our occupational therapists are skilled at designing fun interventions that promote health and development, as well as establish the organizational, motor and social skills necessary for participation in the occupations of childhood.

We provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment programs for infants through young adults (0-18). We are certified in the Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT). Our occupational therapists, are available for consultation for home and school programs, as well as for school inclusion programs.

Project CHILLD is a Blue Cross Blue Shield and Harvard Pilgrim provider.
